Beta terms of use
The current AntiCode service, your responsibilities, and the limits of automated review assistance.
Operator and service
AntiCode is operated by Rashad Elkersawy, Friedrich-Naumann-Str. 66, 26125 Oldenburg, Germany, VAT identification number DE458251290. Questions and complaints can be sent to hello@anticode.app.
These terms describe the current beta service. AntiCode provides local Mac checks and a separate hosted workspace with GitHub connection, repository sync, manual checks and AI reviews, bounded repository scans, saved results, personal triage, and exports. Optional GitHub automation requires a configured and installed App and per-repository opt-in. Suggested edits require human application and testing. Features identified as unavailable are not included in the working service. No uptime commitment or service-level agreement is offered for the beta.
Your code and review results
You retain your rights in the code and other material you submit. You permit AntiCode and the providers described in our privacy notice to process that material as necessary to perform the operations you request and make the resulting workspace records available. This does not transfer ownership of your repository or grant a general right to publish or resell its contents.
Review findings may be incorrect or incomplete. Verify their reasoning, inspect suggested changes, and run appropriate tests before relying on them. A clean review is not a security certification or a guarantee of correct code. You remain responsible for decisions to change, deploy, or merge code. Personal acceptance of a finding does not itself apply a fix or approve a pull request.
Availability and charges
Product features and operational limits may change as the service develops. Reviews can fail because of input limits, changing revisions, provider availability or access restrictions. Check whether a result belongs to the current revision before relying on it.
Basic creates no payment or subscription obligation and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. We will not charge you without first presenting the applicable price and commercial terms and obtaining your agreement.
Basic, Pro and Advanced allowances
Basic is free for one account and one connected GitHub repository, with built-in checks, saved findings, personal triage and exports. It does not include hosted AI or automatic GitHub reviews. Pro is prepared at €19 monthly or €190 yearly for five repositories, 50 completed AI reviews and 100 GitHub AI reply or suggested-fix attempts each month. Advanced is prepared at €49 monthly or €490 yearly for 15 repositories, 150 completed AI reviews, 300 reply or suggested-fix attempts, 10 AI coding attempts and five AI repository scan attempts each month. Enterprise requires a separately agreed scope and quote.
Both billing intervals reset allowances on the monthly anniversary of the subscription start in UTC. If that day is absent, the last day of the month applies; the original day is used again in subsequent months. Unused allowances do not roll over. Annual billing does not provide all yearly usage upfront.
An AI review counts when its result is successfully saved, including a result with no findings. A completed rerun counts again; a failed review releases its review credit. Replies, coding and AI scans count once the hosted AI attempt starts, including provider failures. Deleting results or disconnecting a repository does not restore consumed usage. Daily spending limits, hourly limits and input-size limits also apply. No automatic overage charge is applied.
New accounts start on Basic. Test payments never activate paid features. Paid checkout remains unavailable until the displayed payment, renewal, cancellation, tax and consumer information is finalized. Downgrading does not delete saved results; new work may require reducing connected repositories to the plan limit.
Restrictions and ending use
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material abuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. We will explain the reason where doing so is lawful and does not compromise security. You may ask us to review a restriction at hello@anticode.app.
You may stop using AntiCode and disconnect repositories. Contact us to request account closure or deletion. Disconnecting, closing an account, deleting stored records, and revoking GitHub authorisation are distinct actions; the privacy notice explains the current limits.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require exclusive jurisdiction in a particular court through this notice.
We will publish updated terms with a revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where your agreement is required, we will obtain it before applying those changes. Contact hello@anticode.app if you need clarification or want to raise a complaint.
Contact fallback
If you cannot reach hello@anticode.app, email admin@rtwochain.com and identify AntiCode in the subject.
