Inspect the evidence

Read the finding alongside its file and line reference. Check the trigger and observable impact before accepting its conclusion.

02 / DECIDE

Make a decision

Keep a finding open, accept it, or dismiss it in your personal view. The canonical repository finding remains available to authorized reviewers.

03 / RECHECK

Review the current change

After new commits or a changed base, sync again. An older review does not count as coverage of a different revision.

Your accepted and dismissed choices are personal. They do not mark an issue fixed in the source, resolve a GitHub conversation, or make another reviewer’s decision for them. Use your normal pull-request process to agree on the actual code change.

Keep the queue useful

Search the connected pull requests, filter by repository or author, and inspect the severity of current findings. Focus first on issues with a plausible trigger and meaningful impact.
